Terms of Service

★ The terms described here are for private commissions (personal use only). Commercial works may have other terms, depending on the project.★ The image rights become mostly yours after delivery of the commission. All works can be published in my portfolio and social media, with watermark, unless the client asks to keep the commission private. Other publications and use of the image it’s on your complete freedom and responsibility.★ There is no need to credit me as an artist, but do not promote the artwork as if it were made by yourself or another person. Of course, if you want to credit/promote me, I'll be very happy! (●'◡'●)

FAQ ABOUT ORDERS
★ "What's the difference between Flat, Simple and Detailed BG?"
Flat color BG can be blank or in any single color — you can choose the tone or not; Simple BG can have textures, patterns or basic elements, and are usually made according to the vibe of the character or request; Detailed BG can have more concrete settings, objects and elements, but do not involve complete scenarios and landscapes!★ "Is it ok if I don't have references image?"
Yeah, I can still work with just the descriptions and my own intuition. But keep in mind that missing information can lead to adjustments, and too many adjustments may cost extras.★ "I don't know the artwork size/ application that I want..."
You don’t need to fill the Artwork Size/Application field if you don’t know how to, but it helps me decide the best file setup and other stuff for the artwork. For example, if your intention is to order an artwork to print it later, I'll know that I need to do it in CMYK, not RGB; if it's for a book cover, I'll consider the genre and theme for some artistic choices and composition; etc.★ "Can I ask for an 'emergency commission'?"
Strict deadlines (with less than 3 days) will not be accepted! The deadline question on form is not to speed up production, but to put it as a priority if there are other commissions in the queue. Complex commissions may require longer deadlines as well, consider this.


ABOUT PAYMENTS
★ Some commissions may have price variations, according to the complexity of the order. Therefore, after submitting the form, the quote will be reviewed and confirmed once again with the customer.★ All payments are charged via PayPal invoice. That’s why I’ll need your email.★ You can choose to pay in all at once mode (100% of the amount after sketch approval) or half-half mode (50% of the amount after sketch approval and 50% before final delivery). Therefore, keep in mind that the artwork will NOT be delivered if there’s pending payments.


WORKING PROCESS
First we start with the sketch: it will be made according to the information and presented so that you can approve or ask for adjustments. This is the most important step! I like to get the sketch as smooth as possible so that there is little or none adjustment in the next steps. It makes everything faster and more enjoyable for both of us.Sometimes I can give suggestions about characters and composition, but it's just my artistic side trying to be helpful. Obviously you don't have to agree with them, just know that I can help with ideas too ✍️(◔◡◔)Once the sketch is approved and payment is made, I’ll start the real job! Every time one step is completed or has some significant progress, I’ll send updates (pics) to ask for specific guidance and give you sneak peeks.Usually commissions are delivered between 4-10 days. Can be more, can be less... it depends more on the complexity and your response/ approval/ payment time. But if there's any delay from me, don't worry: I'll let you know!
