All works can be published in my portfolio and social media, with watermark, unless the client asks to keep the commission private. Other publications and use of the image it’s on your complete freedom and responsibility.★ There is no need to credit me as an artist, but do not promote the artwork as if it were made by yourself or another person. Of course, if you want to credit/promote me, I'll be very happy! (●'◡'●)

ABOUT COMMISSION SLOTS
I work with slot reservations, so my commissions are always open!Once I receive a new order form, I respond with a quote and put it in my order queue, giving an approximate start date for the artwork. If my schedule is free, I'll likely give a start date for the same week or the following week. Or, if there's high demand, I might give estimates for the coming months... or I might not be able to give immediate estimates at all! But, in any case, I try to keep clients informed as much as possible about my queue and schedule.★ For orders on hold...
Why do I do this? Sometimes, during the waiting, the client might revise ideas, give up, or become financially strapped... That's totally fine! The confirmation serves precisely to let me know if the client prefers to recalculate the budget, cancel or postpone the commission.
"What happens if I don't confirm the order?"
Whether due to lack of response or a request for postponement, unconfirmed commissions will be put on standby, making room for other waiting clients. They will remain reserved indefinitely unless the client directly requests cancellation. The risk of long reservations is that if the client confirms the order more than a year after booking the slot, they will likely have to go through a budget readjustment.
ABOUT ORDER FORM
★ "What's the difference between Flat, Simple and Detailed BG?"
Flat color BG can be blank or in any single color — you can choose the tone or not; Simple BG can have textures, patterns or basic elements, and are usually made according to the vibe of the character or request; Detailed BG can have more concrete scenarios settings, objects and elements.★ "Is it ok if I don't have references image?"
Yeah, I can still work with just the descriptions and my own intuition. But keep in mind that missing information can lead to adjustments, and too many adjustments may cost extras.★ "Can I send AI images or other artist's artworks as image references?"
Yup! References are mainly used to get ideas for composition, colors, gestures, aesthetics, isolated design elements... There are so many variables influencing the artistic process that the final result of the art never looks exactly like the references, don't worry.★ "I don't know the artwork size/ application that I want..."
You don’t need to fill the Artwork Size/Application field if you don’t know how to, but it helps me decide the best file setup and other stuff for the artwork. For example, if your intention is to order an artwork to print it later, I'll know that I need to do it in CMYK, not RGB; if it's for a book cover, I'll consider the genre and theme for some artistic choices and composition; etc.★ "Can I ask for an 'emergency commission'?"
Strict deadlines (with less then 3 weeks) will not be accepted! Keep in mind that there are other jobs on my schedule that may also take priority, or that your request may require more time as well, due to its complexity. The deadline question on form is not to speed up production, but to put it as a priority if there are other commissions in the queue.
ABOUT PAYMENTS
★ Some commissions may have price variations, according to the complexity of the order. Therefore, after submitting the form, the quote will be reviewed and confirmed once again with the customer.★ All payments are charged via PayPal invoice. Therefore, quotes will always include a 4.5% fee — which goes to the platform... not for me.★ You can choose to pay in all at once mode (100% of the amount after sketch approval) or half-half mode (50% of the amount after sketch approval and 50% before final delivery). Therefore, keep in mind that the artwork will NOT be delivered if there’s pending payments."I really want to commission you, but I can't afford to pay on your terms. Can we negotiate?"
Yes... but with reservations!
What I recommend first is: send me the form, get a quote, and ask me to reserve the commission without a start date. This way you guarantee the slot and can plan your finances more calmly.
But I know that it doesn't solve everything. Maybe you need/want the artwork for a specific date or has other personal reasons. That's why, sometimes, I can negotiate the terms of payment... But don't count on it! I only do it if I really like the work and/or the client.
ABOUT WORKING PROCESS
First we start with the sketch: it will be made according to the order form infos, then presented so you can approve or ask for adjustments. This is the most important step! I like to get the sketch as smooth as possible so that there is little or none adjustment in the next steps. It makes everything easy and more enjoyable for both of us.
It depends ( ̄▽ ̄)👍 on the size and complexity; if I'm working on other commissions too; if I need to study the character and look for more references; if I'm particularly inspired or tired; if there are lot of adjustments to be made; if I'm experimenting new techniques; if I'm not happy with it and trying to correct something for myself... That's why, when there isn't a deadline, I prefer to give predictions based on "milestones". But, worry not! If, for any reason, the artwork is taking longer than usual, I'll let you know.
